Glorious Gujarat Tour – Ahmedabad, Dwarka, Somnath & Statue of Unity

Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad – The Heritage City
Your Gujarat journey begins with your arrival in Ahmedabad, the vibrant city known for its heritage and culture. After check-in at the hotel, set out to explore the Sabarmati Ashram, the serene residence of Mahatma Gandhi. Later, visit the intricately carved Hutheesing Jain Temple and drive past the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, famous for its stunning stone latticework. Spend your evening at the scenic Sabarmati Riverfront or enjoy street food at Manek Chowk.

Day 2: Ahmedabad to Dwarka (Approx. 8 hrs)
Post breakfast, embark on a long drive to the holy city of Dwarka, one of the Char Dhams and a major pilgrimage site for Hindus. En route, you may stop at Jamnagar to visit Bala Hanuman Temple, known for its continuous chanting of “Ram Dhun.” On arrival in Dwarka, check into your hotel. In the evening, visit Dwarkadhish Temple and attend the evening aarti.

Day 3: Dwarka Sightseeing – Bet Dwarka Excursion
After breakfast, take a boat ride to Bet Dwarka, believed to be the original home of Lord Krishna. En route, visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and Rukmini Devi Temple. Spend your afternoon relaxing at Dwarka Beach or exploring local markets for souvenirs. Return to the temple in the evening for peaceful spiritual time and rest for the night.

Day 4: Dwarka to Somnath via Porbandar (Approx. 5 hrs)
Today you’ll travel to Somnath, with a stop in Porbandar — the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Visit Kirti Mandir and continue your drive to Somnath. On arrival, visit the Somnath Temple, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, located on the Arabian Sea coast. Attend the light and sound show in the temple complex and relax by the beach.

Day 5: Somnath to Sasan Gir (Approx. 2.5 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Sasan Gir – the only home of the Asiatic Lions. On arrival, check into your resort. In the afternoon or evening, enjoy a jeep safari in Gir National Park (subject to availability and prior booking) to witness lions, leopards, deer, and a variety of birdlife in their natural habitat.

Day 6: Sasan Gir to Statue of Unity via Rajkot / Vadodara (Long Drive)
Begin your journey early towards the Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, located near Kevadia. It’s a long but scenic drive via Rajkot or Vadodara (can be broken with an overnight if preferred). Upon reaching Kevadia, check into your hotel. In the evening, witness the laser show at the Statue of Unity complex and explore the Valley of Flowers nearby.

Day 7: Explore Statue of Unity – Departure from Ahmedabad / Vadodara
After breakfast, visit the Statue of Unity viewing gallery, Sardar Sarovar Dam, Jungle Safari Park, or Cactus Garden (based on time availability). Later, you’ll be transferred to Ahmedabad or Vadodara for your departure, carrying rich memories of Gujarat’s spiritual roots, wildlife, heritage, and modern marvels.

About Hotel:

a) Hotel Check-in time 01:00 / 14:00 & Check-out time & 11:00 / 12:00 hrs.
b) Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
c) A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
d) For an extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only
Provide an extra mattress or rollaway bed. Some of the hotels have no provision for an extra bed.

  • The tourism infrastructure in Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal Pradesh are not very developed, and one
    Should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is
    Always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across a situation like water
    (Hot) being supplied on a time basis – morning & evening.
  • The guest should always try to be cool with the drivers.
  • As there is a shortage of space for car parking in the entire Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal region –
    Guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing/transfers.
  • Please maintain the timing for the sightseeing/transfers which will advisable by our executive.
  • Room Heater is available in some of the hotels free of cost, and in some hotels with an extra cost

  • Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light
    Woolens during summer, walking boots, Umbrella or rainproof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare
    Batteries, hot water bottle, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
  • Always bring heavy woolens if traveling to Arunachal & Meghalaya as this area is cold throughout the Year.

Payment Policy:
1) Any booking is confirmed by depositing an advance payment @ 50% amount of the total cost of the Package, after that company will process the booking.
2) Balance Payment has to be made in advance before 10 days of the tour date.
3) Payments can be remitted through NEFT/ RTGS/ Net Banking any of the following modes and is subject to realization.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
• 72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
